Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh salmon fillets skinless, cut into chunks
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 carrots sliced
  • 2 celery stalks chopped
  • 1 cup potatoes diced
  • 4 cups fish or vegetable broth
