- 1 lb chicken breast thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 red bell pepper sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup fresh Italian basil leaves
In a bowl, marinate the chicken with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch for 10 minutes.
Heat the oil in a wok over high heat. Add the garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5 minutes.
Toss in the bell pepper and snap peas, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in the basil leaves.
Serve immediately with steamed rice.
