  • 3 ½ cups 420g bread flour
  • ¼ cup 50g granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • ½ cup 120ml warm milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • ¾ cup 170g unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup 175g semi-sweet chocolate chips
