- 1 lb chicken breast diced or ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 onion diced
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4-6 hamburger buns
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned and fully cooked.
