Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups frozen carrots
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Briefly boil or steam the frozen carrots until tender, about 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine heavy cream, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange the carrots in a baking dish and pour the cream mixture over them.
  • Top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.
  • Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
