Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe dragon fruit
  • 1 cup coconut water or plain water
  • Ice cubes as needed
  • 1-2 teaspoons lemon juice optional
  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup optional, adjust to taste

Instructions
 

Clean and Prepare the Fruit:

  • Wash the dragon fruit thoroughly. Cut it in half using a knife and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.

Blend the Mixture:

  • Place the dragon fruit flesh into your blender. Add coconut water, ice cubes, and a splash of lemon juice if you like. For extra sweetness, add honey or agave syrup.

Blend Until Smooth:

  • Cover the blender and blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth. If needed, add more water to reach your desired consistency.

Strain (Optional):

  • For a smoother texture, pour the blended juice through a strainer into a glass.

Serve Immediately:

  • Pour the juice into a tall glass, garnish with a slice of lemon or a sprig of mint, and enjoy!
